These terms apply when you use snagfinch.com ("SnagFinch", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.
What SnagFinch is
SnagFinch lists discount codes, deals and product offers from other stores. We don't sell anything ourselves: when you buy, your contract is with the store, and the store's own terms, prices and policies apply.
Offers and prices
We check offers against the store's own terms before we publish them, but stores can change or end offers at any time without telling us. We can't guarantee that every code will work or that every price is current. Always check the final price and terms at the store before you buy. Product prices we show are the store's prices at the time stated, and the store's price at checkout applies.
Affiliate links
Many links on SnagFinch are affiliate links: the store may pay us a commission if you buy. This doesn't change your price. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Codes and messages you send us
If you submit a code or offer, you confirm it's genuine and that you're allowed to share it, and you let us check, edit and publish it. Don't submit anything false, misleading, private or unlawful. We may decline or remove any submission.
Using the site
You may use SnagFinch for your own shopping. Please don't copy our content in bulk, scrape the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The SnagFinch name, logo, design and the text we write belong to us. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their offers.
Other websites
We link to stores and other sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, prices or delivery.
Liability
SnagFinch is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site, from an offer that didn't work, or from anything you buy from a store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
